I have had two loans with this financial institution perfect payments for several years, a small incident happened with a insurance deductible causing the payment to go up and couple of short payments due to lack of communication on their part ( we are set up on automatic payments with them) My credit was destroyed with 3 late payments reporting on a short payment only. I am a long time member (1990) and now retired from active duty in Virginia. The limits on cash ATM withdrawals, relative to both frequency and amount, and bank to bank transfers, in addition to the charges for ATM transactions is becoming too frustrating to handle. When I sold my home, Keys FCU had no problem accepting my large deposit, but when I asked for a transfer of that money to a local bank for the down payment on the purchase a new home I was put through the 3rd degree to use my own money.
