Does anybody from the collections dept ever answer or return phone calls? I've been calling for a week now and left messages. I've called 6 or 7 times today and NOTHING. But when they want their money THEY CALL YOU ALL THE TIME. I need just an actual person to talk to PLEASE.
They are always happy to help when you have a question or concern. Great interest rates. So nice to have a local bank!
