Negative experience filing a dispute with KFCU’s dispute center. The representative basically told me “we can’t do anything even if you never receive your merchandise...just be careful with buying stuff from fraudulent sites”...thank you? Had I known it was a fraudulent site I never would have bought anything but thank you for that advice. 😏

RecommendedHow I love Keys Fed! Recently, they caught a fraudulent charge and blocked it before it went through. (BOA never did that for me..) Not only that, but they were there for me and helped me after Irma left me homeless, and promptly, too.
