honestly, if I had the strength at the end of a highly stressful move, I’d have contested paying them! I was in the loop ahead of them at every step as I took it on myself to start contacting agents below us in the chain! We spoke to agents above, below and right at the bottom to get things done. They were giving us the wrong information at times, I know this because I’d already been made aware of the right information by people below us in the chain!
