What a fabulous experience from start to finish, from the telephone booking to the warm welcome and the extremely professional service. I had micro suction and a hearing test, both of which were explained comprehensively before the start. It was fascinating to watch the micro suction on the screen whilst it was being done and see the clear ear drum on completion. I would thoroughly recommend Keynsham Hearing Centre.
I visited The Hearing Centre in Keynsham for a micro-suction appointment on both ears, as I had been experiencing pressure in one ear and slightly muffled hearing, which was quite unpleasant. The lady on reception was so lovely and welcoming, which really helped as I was nervous about the procedure being my first time.
