Some really nice Dr's here but unfortunately certain members of the reception team staff clearly do not know how to competently do their job. One is incompetent, has no listening skills and, is unable to book appointments correctly. The other is extremely rude, has zero customer service skills and clearly feels it is easier to blame the patient for booking mistakes rather than accept that someone on the reception team has clearly made a mistake with data input. I obtained an appointment quickly, but unfortunately was prescribed a cream by an unsure nurse, who said the cream would clear it all up, but actually it scarred my face. Which has made me very upset. They did offer me another appointment to look at the scar, but I didn’t want to risk them making it worse. I have lost trust in them.
Clean, airy and the nurses are lovely. Very kind. Efficiently run. And plenty of parking.
