I would not use this company. Although the technician arrived fairly quickly, he was in a nondescript vehicle and he wore the uniform of an auto dent repair company: definitely not someone who instills security confidence when dealing with home locks. Once the technician finished rekeying the entire house, he had reversed 2 deadbolt lock latches. After receiving the complaint, we reached out to the customer to see when they would be available as we were going to have a new locksmith come and assist. Once we got that info, we reached out to one of our locksmith partners to see if he could go to the customers home and fix the orientation of the two locks. He was able to go to the customers location this morning and successfully remedy the issue. The locksmith let us know the customer was very happy with the follow up service and getting this issue resolved.

I got a key made that was a security key that people told me cost $100 or more. It did not say do not duplicate but I was told that I would probably have to go to a locksmith. I tried at a KeyMe kiosk and it only cost $10.49. I was a little skeptical but it works very well and I am happy!

Terrible service. Called because we were locked out of our house. Key Me took my information and said their locksmith would call me right back with pricing info. After 15 mins I had received 8 phone calls from ****** decent people claiming they were locksmiths. We were able to find a way in the home fortunately and I told each of the 8 locksmiths we did not need help anymore. I am still getting calls from foreign ****** people. Now my phone is ringing constantly from out of the country numbers and when I answer it's a ******... read more

When this customer called us, he used our IVR to connect himself to third-party dispatch service where we route customers who are not in our service areas. There is clear messaging in our IVR that states as much when the transfer is completed. Wish I'd read the reviews!! I just got a key made at the 7-11 Key Me kiosk! It of course does not work! Called the number got a sorry try again message and then an "we will call you back, we've saved your place in line". Not holding my breath, after reading the reviews I just want my money back! I'm sure the next key won't work either. A key that costs that much better work!!

Id like to give 0 stars. What a nightmare. Silly me, i thought i called a locksmith. And it was listed in my town. Now i find out its a kiosk in *** **** *** ******the next town over. After dealing with many out of state recordings i finally got a representative. 29.00 service fee plus labor. He came. Sprayed it with 3 in 1 oil, stuck a key in and tapped it with a screwdriver a few times. Done. 120.00 please.? Labor is 90.00 for 3 minutes? That means she used our IVR system to connect to an independent partner, who routed a local locksmith to her. I've made keys through their machine at 7-11. 3 of the 4 didn't work. I contacted them twice for a refund but no response.
