I had a good experience with Anthony. I got a better deal from another dealership but if I had not, I would definitely keep Keyes in Van Nuys in mind for my purchase.
Overall good experience. Good communication. The salesman Fadil was very nice and aaccommodating. Finance dept. did an excellent job of getting me financed with so-so credit. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the guy in the service dept. (I think his name was Rene) was very rude and condescending to me But as I said overall a good experience.

I carefully researched buying a good quality used Chevy Volt that was certified pre-owned. I could't be happier with the experience at Keyes Chevrolet. This dealership had the best deal on a Volt with little mileage and in perfect condition. Anthony Rodriguez, my salesman, was low-key, cheerful, helpful, and above all--not pushy. I give the place five stars and I give my Volt five stars too.
Waited 2 days for a call by the time they did contact me the car was gone. Just probably better to call and ask someone about the vehicle get quicker answer then go through the website.
Dealer decline to negotiate. Bad communication. GM never replied to any emails. Sales person was helpful but not knowledgeable on vehicle details.
