Never let me know the car was sold and drove over 50 miles just for them to let me know they sold it .

Terrible service I came in didn’t even offer me to test drive the vehicle they showed no interest in selling the car would not recommend this dealership if you looking for good service do not go here I would leave a 0 but I can’t they didn’t wanna work with me at all they stayed at one price and don’t wanna move from it. Saying I couldn’t even afford the car terrible just terrible. Never go here

Contacted me by e-mail, and increased the asking price $4,100. When the general manager e-mailed me to ask about my experience, I alerted him to the discrepancy in Car Guru's vs. his salesman's price-- including VIN and specific details. I never heard back as to why th huge difference, especially since I was pre-approved. Rip-off's. The whole point of using this system was to avoid slimy switch & bait B.S. or to have to endure the classic hard-sell/ up-sale tactics. In my opinion, a total waste of time and energy.

They did a great job in convincing me to by the 2017 Kia Forte. However, they rushed me into giving them a check which they were not supposed to cash so that the next day I could bring then total payoff on the car. I discover today (Thanksgiving Day) that they put thru the $500 check that I asked them not to and it has overdrawn my account. I am very angry about this. And will be on the phone as soon as possible.
They called back right away back . Just need to call back .
