Booked a van have all the emails to show confirmation from them for today and there’s no van. Not impressed and now left completely in the lurch as I have and can’t get a van for today - won’t use them again.
Booked van at last minute to move house. Good communication, friendly and helpful staff. Van was clean and in good working order. Check on and out process very efficient. Would definitely use again.
