I have now visited three of the Sabates facilities (because the times/days for appointments worked better for me), and been a patient for several years. I can say, without reservation, Dr. Kevin Pikey and the entire staff I've encountered are amazing, friendly and best of all, very competent and professional. Dr. Pikey is confident, kind and always great at answering questions and explaining his decisions. He is conscientious of his patients' time and is professional with his staff. He is very, very good at his profession and inspires trust. Without a doubt, one of the best ophthalmologists in Kansas City.
I have been going to Dr. Pikey for about a yr now and have been extremely pleased with his professionalism and his staff. Appointment went smoothly, efficiently. Dr. Pikey explained how treatment could benefit me and provided resources for me to review before returning for my next appointment. Staff were efficient and polite. Appointments are timely.
Dr. Pikey is courteous and friendly and to the point which makes the appointment easier. He is a busy doctor but always has time for questions if you need an explanation of your diagnosis. Would highly recommend to a friends and family !!
