I experienced problems with the supply of a motorised venetian blind. I ordered the blind in March 2023 & still had not received it by November 2023. The biggest issue in respect of this was the poor communication from the business. I had to ring the shop every time for an update, they were not proactive at all in their communication with me. Bad workmanship, how can a seamstress get a pair of very expensive curtains not to be the same length! Firstly we ordered 2 sets of curtains over a year ago, after several weeks of waiting, one each of the pair arrived, the Shop did not check this before making appointment to hang curtains, so taken away again, after several weeks of waiting again, the 2nd appointment was made to hang the curtains, they were not pressed and hung dreadfully and then we noticed one curtain was longer than the other!
