Bought a new build and the properties plumbing was carried out by this company. When we first moved in we had a boiler failure within 2 weeks - partner was heavily pregnant and we were told to sort out some storage heaters - in a new build I was in pure shock - I ended up getting potterton out who said the company never connected the flue so it was cutting out. 6 years on we have found a huge leak behind our bath panel - to identify that they never connected a vital pipe - contacted them to be ignored - If this is the servic... read more

This company even they don’t deserve a 0 feedback Move two year ago newbuild house all the plumbing made it from this company we have we are disappointed We have almost all the time bad smell was in our living room The reason is inside the wall they didn’t done properly connection for the pipe actual was leaking that all the time today ago start to come water outside is our warranty expiry so who will pay for this all damage will cost me over £2000 to fix this problem if you wanna waste your money do business with this compa... read more
