I recently had my second shoulder repair with Dr. Mitts and his team. About 7 years apart. Both procedures were virtually painless and I only needed pain meds for two days post op. Dr. Mitts was very good both times though I didn’t see him much but the team were extremely accommodating and so very nice and professional and happy!! Happy employees mean a good work place means good results!!
Recently had my other shoulder repaired. First one was about 7 years ago. Both were very easy and painless experienced and both worked extremely well for me. Dr Mitts and the whole team were outstanding.
Dr. Mitts was very professional in my dealings with him. In talking with other knee replacement patients, I always heard that Dr. Mitts is the best there is at BMC regarding knee replacements.
I was very pleased with the whole process. Amy and Dr. Mitts listened to my concerns and offered many suggestions and explained each thoroughly. This reduced my anxiety greatly. The Crane facility was fabulous and each and every staff member was proficient, professional, with nice demeanor and deserve praise with how they treat the patient with care and concern. I would recommend the Crane center to everyone. Thank you all for helping me through.

Spent too much time wondering if my surgery was necessary..... wish I had done it sooner. Dr. Mitts was so easy to work with, his staff is ultra efficient. Probably my best experience with medical in Berkshire Co in 30 years.
I am very happy with my total knee replacement. The care I received from Dr. Mitts and his team has been outstanding. This is a life changing procedure. I look forward to getting my second knee done and getting back to hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
