Client care by legal staff is non existent, reception staff lovely. Communication is non existent. Just diabolical. Run for the hills and don't use Kevils solicitors if you need any legal work done at all
Needed some forms witnessing by a solicitor, I had previously messaged other local solicitors and had no response, I messaged kevills through thier website late at night and the following morning I had a reply with an appointment for the same day. Used this Company since 1950s back in the day of mr Patefield under the old name of Stanley h cross and co, phoned up recently as a family member needed some conveyancing work done along with another family member later in year. To be told they are too busy to take on any more work????? How disgusting to treat long term clients this way, 3 generations of work lost. Best advice go elsewhere as they are very slow anyway.
