Thanks to Kernow Property Services and Megan we have found an ideal long term rental property that we are very happy with.
Poor- was given property rather poor state rat infested, bug infested, mouldy with insufficient fire doors amongst other things. The poorly constructed gate fell onto my car which I never complained about or was offered any assistance with by management. At end of tenancy, they have the cheek to charge £400, split 4 ways for cleaning. Poor service.
Claire and Katie of Kernow Property Services were fantastic when arranging my rental. From my initial contact to finalising the move they were efficient, friendly, helpful and professional. In addition all communication was clear and easy. I wholeheartedly recommend them and the company.
