Just solved the mystery of what happened to my account at Kern Federal Credit Union. I got a post card stating I "request"ed "to close" my "account". I had not made that request. So, after figuring out I was NOT talking to someone local to Bakersfield and who didn't know that it was before 5:30 PST (eye roll, sigh), I called and pressed a random number to see if I could get someone in Bakersfield, which I did! Switched to KFCU a few years ago because of their excellent customer service, great perks, and super low rates on vehicles. Love having everything in one place and I can always count on being treated with respect.
I love being rewarded for not over drawing my account. I have been with KFCU since 1986. I love them and would never want to change. Thank you KFCU.
