My son just had the worst customer service at Kerns. They kept his car for 3 weeks just to change hoses and kept getting the run around on when it would be done. If you’re in any kind of hurry, I’d think twice about taking my car there unless you don’t mind being without a vehicle for a while.

Very friendly and honest from front to rear seem to know their stuff
I had issues with my car 6 years ago. I took it to 2 garages and they didn't fix it correctly. I take it to Kern and in 10 minutes they figured out what was wrong and fixed it in an hour! Kern's will be my garage if I ever move back to Chelsea!
