I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kenzo Cleaning Services. Despite their claims, the cleaning was subpar and several areas were left untouched. The staff was unprofessional and seemed rushed, not paying attention to detail. Communication was poor, and when I tried to address the issues, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable cleaning service. Definitely not worth the money spent.

I had a terrible experience with Kenzo Cleaning Services. The worker was incredibly rude and didn't clean my apartment properly. To make matters worse, they demanded more money than the agreed-upon price. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and professional cleaning service.

So rude and unhinged, worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and did an awful job of “cleaning”. Massive waste of time and money - do not believe any of these 5 star reviews and definitely do not book unless you want to be scammed.

Very very unprofessional and threatening behaviour towards women. Didn’t expect such a low level of service before booking these cow boys. Don’t think I’m the only one. Save yourself the time and hassle there’s better companies out there, especially ones that won’t rip you off. Job unfinished and taken the money.
