Even didn’t check the reasons why I went there. Wrote on a sick note his own fantasy.
Rude reception staff, been passed around by 3 doctors just for blood tests all gave different answers as to the results. (One doctor saying I didn’t need the blood tests all together…) In the end tried reporting to the manager. The manager only replies via email. I tried explaining can I have a phone call as it’s easier to explain things over the phone but was told no. It is hit and miss with which doctors are helpful. The only doctor that has helped me so far is Dr Gill who is amazing.
This place has to be the worst surgery in Coventry,very rude front desk staff, and she told me 48hours is from Wednesday to Monday and not Friday because of how incompetent they are on handling my medications...... I have never been treated so unfairly in my life,none of them took responsibility for not sending my medications to the pharmacy at the right time...this is a mistake made more than twice which means they re not very good and efficient at their job. TERRIBLE .
Extremely sympathetic & proactive staff. Very helpfull.
