We hired Luke W from Kentish Landscapes to upgrade our patio garden in May 2017 (£13,000 job). Half way into the project, Luke realized that he hadn’t ordered enough patio slabs, and the slabs he had laid on half of the patio had been discontinued in the meantime. Pulling those to replace everything sounded like “a loss” to him (those are his words) so after coming up with various excuses he simply left the project completely unfinished (see pictures) with an unfinished fence, no slabs, no storage, and never came back.
