I had a problem with my alarm going off. Kent VW were able to run a diagnostic. A part was needed and I was offered the option to buy the part cheaper than if bought by the main dealer. The customer service was so good and efficient and honest and friendly. I will now only use them for future work.
Travelling from Scotland in our 1995 VW T4 Campervan and arriving in Margate we had a strong smell of petrol and warning light on the dash. At short notice between jobs Kent VW managed to diagnose a split pipe and resolve issue. Brilliant ! Much appreciated the detailed knowledge John, Kevin and the Team at Kent have when dealing with older vans and the care they take. Highly recommended !
