Was a little worried when I saw so many negative reviews but I have nothing but positive things to say about the agency. Rented from them for 2 years and they helped with any type of problems we had with the property. I was also worried about the deposit but we have received it all back. I also have a friend renting a different property through them and she is just as happy as me. Very friendly staff as well!
One of the most incompetent lazy estate agents they will look for any and I mean any excuse to keep your deposit if a light switch breaks they can charge £90 between 3 people and more ridiculously £180 for a window handle between 3 people. It very much feels like they love to invent prices on the spot even when certain issues are the product of their own neglect. Any students looking for an estate agents or housing I would strongly strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
