Been with Kent for nearly 2 years and they were great! When we first viewed the house, the estate agent was friendly and when we decided we wanted to go for it, the team were quick and efficient. Throughout our tenancy they've kept good communication and if we had any problems they were quickly dealt with. When unfortunately, our Landlord made the decision to sell, the Kent team were very kind and empathetic. They offered support and said they'd help any way they could.
Rented off this company a few years ago and have never had such an awful experience with any company before in my life, disgusting the way they treated us as tenants, the mould problem was so bad the ceiling in my room was black and we were told to just 'give it a wipe'. we repainted the whole house and made it 10x better than when we moved in, had a professional cleaner come over and still got 0 of our deposit back. despicable
