Always respond to a problem very quickly
At 8.00 am this morning I phoned Kent Lifts that we had a problem with our lift. Nobody was stuck in it but it was not running smoothly. At 8.45 am they were on site. Investigated the problem and resolved it. Stayed on site for 30 minutes continually testing it and then left. I cannot ask for better service.
Excellent service.
