The worst experience we’ve ever had. We constantly had to chase him as he never responded to messages, emails, or calls but I still trusted him and wanted to give him the opportunity to do it better. A whole month passed from the time he inspected the leak until I managed to speak with him to request a start date, as he never reached out at all. Tim and team did a very professional job of replacing my old and leaking felt flat roof with a fibreglass one. Working round the weather in a timely fashion and completing the job to time and to spec. Very impressed and would heartily recommend.
Tim, Phil and James have been excellent. I am so happy with our new Westwood roof terrace. The quality of the products and materials used are matched against the quality of Tim’s workmanship. Highly recommend if you have a flat roof terrace. I also really appreciated Tim who was polite and friendly all the way through the building process. He was fantastic at communicating and even came out in the middle of the night during a storm when the wind and rain caused issues half way through the project. We instructed Kent flat roofs to come out to quote for a new roof for our terrace balcony! Tim came out and recommended a pmma roof with a tile effect finish from Westwood liquids! Throughout the whole process Tim and his team (James and Phil) have been amazing. They have done a really good job and went above and beyond to help to redevelop our terrace.
