William has been great throughout the whole process. I was phoned promptly after submitting a from via the website and the survey was even booked thorough the estate agents for the same day. During the survey William phoned me to explain what he was looking at, and talked through the process and sent videos of an issue that was found so he could explain what that was before I received the footage and report later that night.
