Did not have a good experience with them. Introductions to the bikes were cursory and incomplete. Asked about some trails to take, but got unclear answers. My guess was that he was high. Gear chain broke and I couldn’t change gears about third of the way to Whitstable. Tried to return or replace defective bike. The employee was out and the store of was closed. Had to call via WhatsApp. Just left the bike chained up outside. Explained what happened. Never offer a refund. Poor service
I called in because of a puncture and was able to bring my bike in straight away, the guys started working on it immediately and were done within an hour so I was able to pick up my bike really quickly. The puncture happened again the day after and fortunately the guys were kind enough to offer me a replacement free of charge which I'm very grateful for as well as the work and effort they put into the customer's problems. Great and high quality service!
