great location, staff, facilities, and prices. their application process was hassle-free and we moved in within a week. i have nothing but good things to say about kensington park. weve been here for over a year and plan to stay for a lot more.
I was very pleased with the location, close to the mall, dining etc. and the price is very affordable. They also have alot of ammenities for a smaller complex. Pool, Indoor Racquetball Ct., Sauna etc. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Okay you guys are right about the good location and the price but you get what you pay for and these apartments are raggedy I live there now. The paint is cheap the carpet is dirty they tried to shampoo the carpet and dye the carpet and the dye came off on our clothes. so now the carpet is back to like is was. Cheap... My furnace was broker so it was freezing all winter 07-08 and it took then 2 weeks to fix it 2 freaking weeks and i had a 8 month old at the time. Now I have an electric bill of \$315.00 for a 2 bdrm apartment... read more
