I am pleased with these apartments. They are clean, in a good location, and quiet. The only problem I had was with my toilet. I would not stop running and they were out the next day to fix it. I would live here again.
Kensington Park Apartments is the worst place to live. They dont fix anything you have to case them down to even get them to look at the problem. Then they come look and still dont fix anything Erica is a rude B**** and i heard her family lives in the office the police is always there dealing with some kind of problem Christina has no clue in what she is doing and she has a bad attude as well i hate that i ever move to KENSINGTON PARK SOME ONE hear us out on here something needs to be down

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or rent any of the other places that this company owns Somerset Mgmt is a horrible company and there properties are ragedy. The staff is rude, maintenance sucks, theyre unprofessional, unpleasant, and the owner Doug is a horrible business man he is shady and dirty doesnt care about the tenants or the property. The new manager has no experience in the industry and is clueless on how to manage the property. They have a pest problem-roaches and mice plus mold issues. Do not mover here. I have had cockroaches since I first moved in and they will not get rid of them. The grounds are dirty. The management is rude, and YELLED at ME for complaining about the cockroaches. There were problems with my apartment since I moved in that they promised to fix, but still havent (missing screen on my window, hole in one of my doors, noisy leaky air conditioner). Residents are always pulling into the parking lot at all hours with their car stereo bassing really loud. I think one of my neighbors is a drug... read more

OMG This place sucks. The management is rude and not helpful. Maintenance men dont know what the hell they are doing and they dont care to do fix anything right. They are small pest ie:roaches and mice everywhere. The pool is a cess bowl right now with green water. The grounds have trash everywhere that has been there for months. No one EVERY cleans up the grounds. No one EVERY sweeps the hallways. DONT NOT MOVE HERE...WORSE MANAGEMENT and Maintenance I have ever seen....... very bad..
