I believe this complex would be a great place to live if you fired all the staff and began to actually repair the buildings and not cover up the problems such as BLACK MOLD (Hazarderous Material Violation) They just cover it up and go on. Deteriated flooring which is a fire hazard and city code violation for not repairing the damaged areas per city building codes.Kim is very unprofessional when it comes to working with complaints and is quick to sarcasism. This Place is a wonderful place to live. The price is excellent, location great and the staff is friendly. They also have a pool and indoor basketball court which is awesome. I would reccomend to my friends and have.

These apartments are not a great find. You truly get what you pay for here. The office staff can be professional, depending on the day. At best, they are condescending and I cant understand why. Maintenance? OMG! They are terrible. There is a pest control (including mice) that goes untreated. The police are always on the property for various calls. Recently, there was a stabbing. To this date, there is still blood in the hallway.

Really, this place is a fantastic find. Before moving here, I did some shopping around in Topeka. Most of what I looked at was either dangerous or ridiculously overpriced. In addition, if you get a native Topekan for a manager, expect to be insulted and frustrated (thats just topeka culture--the menninger effect).

great location, staff, facilities, and prices. their application process was hassle-free and we moved in within a week. i have nothing but good things to say about kensington park. weve been here for over a year and plan to stay for a lot more.
