Do not move here. Weve lived here for almost a year and have still had the same problems with the apartment since the day we moved in and have constantly asked for them to be fixed. Holes in doors, the freaking lock on the front door is duct taped on and I was told they were going to fix it when she gave me the keys. there were also no lightbulbs in the place, at all, mold, the air conditioning unit sucks and wont blow through the vent into the bedroom so its constantly freezing or hot in the bedroom, peeling wall paper, gap... read more

BUGS, MOLD, NOISE, SAFETY, DIRTY Enough said. I would never rent here again! Anytime you call the office nothing gets done. Tired of complaining and getting nowhere! I keep having to deal with rowdy neighbors and roaches coming from their apartments!
I have recently moved in to kensington park apartments. i like the location, it makes it very easy to get out and do things. The girls in the office were very nice to me and made me feel very welcome and the maintenance guys were more then happy to help me with the issue i had. i called it in and they were there the same day. overall im glad i moved here and i plan to resign my lease when it is time

These apartments seem okay because of the location but once you move in its a whole different story. They have kids managing the complex, the crime is high, parking is terrible- especially if you live in the back and the apartments are outdated. I will say the location is great if you need to jump on the highway. It is on a closed street which usaully is nice but not with the type of people that live here. I cant wait to move! Ive been looking for a new apartment and there are nicer complexes around for affordable rent. The ... read more

These apartments are right off the highway close to I470 and I70. The apartments are in a dead end so there isnt much traffic which I liked. I moved out of state but I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Theyre in a quiet location close to the highway and my apartment was big.
