Anne has been amazing. After just one session, my daughter was noticeably calmer, happier, and more confident. Her outbursts reduced dramatically, and she’s become much more independent. We’ve continued with follow-up support, and the changes have been incredible. Even the whole family enjoys the recordings! Couldn’t recommend Anne more highly.

Having never tried hypnosis I was a bit skeptical, but then a good friend recommended Ann at Kensington Hypnosis. I had a severe spinal cord injury in Dec 2023 and was finding it hard to walk plus I suffer from chronic shoulder pain. Ann was calm, patient and extremely knowledgeable about my condition.
