My experience with Ben for ear wax removal was excellent. I was extremely nervous about the procedure and some other symptoms I had been experiencing in the days prior and upon arrival Ben immediately set me at ease, explaining how the ear canals work to me. Excellent experience. Ben is an experienced audiologist and extremely helpful My new hearing aids are a miracle and the aftercare of check ups and adjustments and tips is very helpful too. I highly recommend this service
