For the best part of 7 years i have suffered with increasingly bad lower back and hip pain as a result of ever tightening muscles from excessive gym coupled with sub-par genetics - to the point whereby my lower back would suffer just from laying in bed! Just had my first session back with Kenny since lockdown commenced. Already feeling a whole lot better and have really missed his sessions for the past few months.
Have been going to Kenny on and off for a few years and would definitely recommend him. Always sorts any issues and very genuine person.
