Never had an easier experience buying a car then we did with Kenny Ross. Tristan with Sales provided true white-glove service from the start. Tristan diligently found the right SUV for us, having it brought in from another dealership in one day, and provided us with updates throughout the process.
Tristan Brock is the go to guy at Kenny Ross Ford South. He got me a great price on my trade and did everything to make the process easier for me to get my truck. He is extremely professional and is good at what he does. If you stop down ask for him!
I've bought three vehicles here and used to get good service. I got a recall notice from Ford that specified I would get a rental while they repaired my vehicle. I called to make an appointment, and they transferred me to Rob to finalize since I needed a rental. He told me the recall wasn't important and would not give me a rental. I was told I should take a day off work to have the work done. I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager. The service is very professional and they make sure you get a reminder via email of the date and time of your appointment. It's super easy to book your appointment and services you want online. If any work needs done on the car they always call to confirm the repair is ok to complete. They explain why the repair is required and how much it will cost. Dealership was the worst I've been too Big Bill, the manager was a total ass the entire time I was there and the salesman repeatedly attempted to scam us(btw the saleman was new and then was gone within a week of my purchase) or wouldn't give us the price. Car was also sold with a leaking tire that Kenny Ross filled with fix a flat. Also somehow missed 2 leaking calipers and a sticking IAC on the inspection. Excellent service. They fixed my car under warranty fast. The people working there or not just doing their jobs. They are automotive enthusiast and you can tell they enjoy what they're doing.
I will admit they gave me a good deal and was really nice. But they snuck a rust protection plan into the contract without asking me if I wanted it. Money could of went towards a better warranty that I had to turn down. Now I have to spend the first 6 months or so of payments paying off a plan I never wanted. No matter how nice or good of deal, that is not acceptable. Always make sure to read everything. Learned my lesson.
Repairs done in a timely manner at the advertised price. Did not try to sell me xtra services. Staff very courteous.
