Worst customer service I have ever experienced . I call and leave messages daily regarding a repair I paid for that was not done and no one will answer or return my calls. I have filed formal complaints with Ford Motor company and the dealer also does not return their calls.
We were lied to about all of the parts being there.
RecommendedInconsistent results. Expedited service for my car on previous occassions but then waited 2hrs for inspection to be completed.
