Purchased 2 vehicles in the same day and neither had owners manuals. Plus the f150 truck sticker listed box ties well there are only two of four and no keys. Have been dealing with the manager there and it’s still not resolved - worst experience ever
I bought a certified pre owned ford. Get home and notice the positive battery terminal is almost corroded in half. Let them know they sent me the wrong 35$ part and they asked for a picture to be sent through email of the piece I needed and they never responded. We had our first dealing with them yesterday our sales guy Gary was great got a great truck. Could have gotten a little more on the trucks we traded but we were already waiting long enough. That I think is the only complaint I had was the 8 hour waiting process. The staff was polite and Courteous. I would recommend buying a vehicle down there call ahead first and schedule and appt / take your trade in the day before. Gary gets a 5� for staying with us late on a Saturday night.
Went to Kenny Ross to have my vehicle repaired after an accident. Upon my return to the vehicle I came to notice that all my media players and extra change I had in the vehicle was gone. I went back in to explain this and I was told about their policy of "we are not responsible for any stolen items sorry". I asked a few other employees that work there to which I got "I don't even remember that car." It could've been as easy as let me have someone review the camera and we will call you within the week."
