RecommendedBen Aul is my go to for all car purchases. Most recently we purchased an F-150 and an explorer for my wife. We could not have asked for a better guy to work with or experience compared to all other dealerships and salesmen. I recommend him to everyone looking for a Ford and/or a great deal with a great experience.
So I was shopping for a car for my daughter. Gregory Ledbetter in sales was quick to approach us. He LISTENED to our must haves and showed us vehicles in our price range. He also let us look at several vehicles and was very personable without any attitude, which we experienced awful attitudes at Washington Ford. We went to 7 other dealerships and Gregory was the nicest and most knowledgeable sales associate that we dealt with. He’s a 5 star for sure.
They sold us a lemon with a $3500 worthless warranty, blown motor after 8 months of purchase, they won't repair or take back, unless we give them annadditional $9000 on top of a car payment. Worst Dealership and crooks in the history of the world.

By not denying fixing your mechanic's mistakes! When an incompetent mechanic explodes a customer's airbag, you don't make them have to drag you into court to get your vehicle repaired correctly! Your dealership sucks! Bunch of lying shop managers and mechanics who don't have a clue!

I recently purchased a used car from Kenny Ross Ford. I experienced NO pushy sales pitches or efforts at intimidation toward purchasing from any of the staff (we interacted with 3 employees). My sales person was Steve, who I found to be kind and easy to work with. I was given the time and space to consider my options when needed.
