Kenny Ross Ford South is one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with!! Their technicians actually cracked my exhaust pipe and never said a word!! I called the general manager and have not received a call back!!! It cost me over $500 to get it fixed properly!! So wrong - people are just not honest these days!

They were against helping us out with a across state transaction, we ended up at a competitor who was more than happy to service our needs. Definitely ended up with a better vehicle in the end...So thank you for not helping us... We benefited in the end.
Great service..great courtousy van accomidations..prompt service little wait time.nice sitting area and free beverge center..staff are great..just dont like the ford focus leased to me ..dont feel safe in it!! cant wait for lease to be up
They were very nice and not pushy at all but they didn't have what I wanted nor could they get it. So I have nothing bad to say at all they looked.
