Had nothing but problems since I bought my vehicle 2 years ago. No one has been willing to help me. Put thousands into fixing the piece of crap they sold me, and now they won't see me or return my phone calls. Terrible service, all about the money, don't care about people. First I'd like to say it's a shame that I have to even put up 1 star... For 3 months now I've been having an antifreeze leak in my explorer. First two times in service, couldn't find anything, and second visit for the issue I was told to simply mark the over flow tank with a permanent marker to show its leaking. Third visit, still couldn't find anything, and mysteriously it was the radiator. Well guess what, I'm back 2 weeks later for the same issue! They have a great maintenance team. They have always completed my regular maintenance and repairs quickly and they are very friendly. My husband even takes his work truck out here for all of his repairs and maintenance.

Yesterday my 2013 F150 went in for inspection, and oil change, Geoff wrote the service order for Ford Tech Will, whom had it taken care of as if it was his own Truck. I'm very pleased with the service, and am looking forward to my next visit.
Scheduled "The Works" Synthetic oil change & tire rotation for my 2013 Edge Limited. Had a mailed out service flyer with special $39.95 & was also listed on there website. 1:45 later done & charge was $49.86 so I asked cashier for rebate form. There was none or directive to go online to claim rebate as in past. Ask for manager. He explained that that is a SUGGESTED price from Ford, see fine print.
