Girlfriend went in for oil change and tire rotation. Two hours later they tell her she needs $1900 worth of repairs, one of which is new break pads... they had just changed the pads 3 months prior. They will rip off people who don’t know about cars.
I was quoted one price, but when I came back they raised the price by $1,900. They do not honor their agreements, either verbally or written.

I highly do not recommend buying a vehicle with them because of you have any questions regarding service done on your vehicle they don’t call you back they just keep sending you to their message center to leave a message and you never get the answer that was easy for them to give! So fed up! I’ve had more than this one problem with them and I will never buy a car from them ever again and I will recommend my friends and family go else where to do business!!!
Vehicle down time was minimal. Excellent staff. Clean waiting area. Fair prices.
Discontinue your speed talking commercial that is currently being painfully played on local radio stations! If you have to jam 3 minutes of disclaimers into 20 minute commercial, your product needs more help than that commercial can provide! Maybe you could sell your vehicles on their merit and reputation instead of trying to con the public!
get techs that can actually diagnose and fix problems and dont sell vehicle warranties if you cannot fix the vehicles and then charge them diagnostic fees because of your own incompetence. I'll make sure to take my business to independent shops from now on and will not be recommending anyone there, your location has gone down hill fast since I bought my wife's vehicle from you several years ago.
