terrible sales service that doesn't help you get vehicle but good service department
They absolutely go above and beyond to make sure you are getting what you want and at a cost-budgeted price. Robbie and Mark did everything to put me in my dream car and I can’t thank them enough!
I had a car serviced here and it was the worst experience ever I asked someone to get in contact about my horrible experience and never heard a thing. I was stranded on the side of the interstate due to them being negligent when fixing my car and not listening when I brought it back to them and told them it was still not fixed. They assured me nothing was wrong then the next day I was stranded on the interstate.
went to look at a truck ended up with salesman, finance manager another guy and the used mechanic who talked me into buying this truck cause it's in great shape no leaks or problem well now it has a rear main seal and timing chain cover leaking their service writer even said it had been leaking previously and their MPP warranty they sold me wont cover it also and kennykent wont stand behind the warranty they sale and kennykent wouldn't even split the 1700 bill for work either. will never buy again.
If you're looking to purchase a new vehicle I HIGHLY suggest you go see Adam Byrley at Kenny Kent Chevrolet!! I never in a million years thought I'd ever be able to own a brand new vehicle!! This man worked hard for 3 days to make this possible. He changed n adjusted so many things to get financing, payments, etc to where I was comfortable. I've never met a salesman like him!
Roderick Sims is amazing and does everything he can to put you in the car you want/need. He is the reason we keep coming back.
