I go to Kenny Kent to visit my 2020 Chevy Silverado. It’s been in service there since March 1st, 2021. I’d love to drive it and do all the things I had in mind when I purchased a truck, but they are unable to repair it. They say they will, and I think they really want to, but still. Dollars paid, no truck.
Salesman was great and transaction was quick. But I bought out of state they deducted my state sales tax but when I went to get my tag I had to pay again because they never sent it to MS. Never could get anyone to return my call so I finally gave up and lost nearly 800 dollars. Do t buy from them if you love out of state.

I bought a 2016 GMC Sierra elevation edition from here. 2 days after owning it the fuel injector went out. the service department had the truck for 2 weeks . then the transmission went out . the service department had the truck for almost 6 weeks before I got the truck back. made multiple calls to the service department and talked with the person that had my vehicle, I was told multiple times that my truck was already looked at and then coming to find out after a month they finally pulled the transmission, when I was lied to... read more
About a year ago I got my car a 2019 Chevy equinox from Kenny Kent. After I experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced I was still happy with my purchase because it was the car I wanted. I recently just moved to Minnesota from my hometown in Evansville and was very excited about how my car was going to have all wheel drive and how that was a specific request I asked for the car. I do not understand why this company does not implement social distancing or use face masks. It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Multiple employees from this company have come down with COVID-19. It is disgusting and sickening. Kenny Kent Chevrolet has yet to do anything about it. It is full of immature and non-caring men. If they do not want to follow CDC guidelines they will not have my support nor business. DO NOT SUPPORT KENNY KENT CHEVROLET.
I was lied to at least twice. They delayed their game for hours! They told me my bank loan officer named Gina had denied my loan when they didn’t even talk to Gina!!! I know because I called bank as soon as I walked out of dealership. Then when we’d waited as long as we could they tried to add a downpayment, that we had not previously agreed to and gave us the keys and told to drive home if we signed paper to give downpayment that would most likely been tacked on in finance not deducted.
