Went in on President's Day to get info about the Silverados and just wanted to get rough ideas. Told salesman I didn't want to run credit as I was just getting info. The gentleman wanted some info but reassured me the credit would not be ran...only to find out via email after I left that he DID run my credit. Have tried to contact the dealership for three straight days only to get no response. I am disputing the credit hit and also reporting to BBB.

My first experience with Kenny Kent didn’t end in me leaving with a vehicle. They couldn’t get me into a vehicle based on my negative equity and the fact my car from another dealership was in a wreck I wasn’t told about.
