Our vehicle spent 6 weeks in the service department for a top seal and the ac and when we picked it up the AC still didn't work. Worst service ever.
I’m usually not one to post to much about this, but I will say I am very impressed by Kenny Kent Chevrolet and how helpful, patient, and informative they have been with me, especially Devin, the service advisor who had been helping me. Thank you for finally getting my truck back on the road and running correctly after being in another dealerships shop multiple times and still not running correctly when it came out. You’ve earned my business from here on out!
Once again today my transmission didn’t have a green light. Kenny Kent has been attempting to fix my issue for over a year!! (My car was still under warranty) I spent several months in a rental and still issue after issue. I took my car today for an oil change knowing in my head that my multi point inspection would indeed confirm my transmission still isn’t good. I was right. I bought a truck there and was told if I referred someone I would get a hundred dollars I referred someone they bought a truck in June and I'm still waiting on the 100.00 and it's sept.
Was sold a Ford Focus with a faulty transmission part. The part is not only faulty but EVERY part that Ford manufactured was faulty. Now I’m stuck in a claim process, trying to figure out what to do with a vehicle that will require a 1500 dollar patch job every two years.
Took my 2016 Cruze in for an oil change and inspection. After finding out my oil pan gasket was leaking, they took care of me in an instant!!! Nothing but great experience since I bought my car brand new from Kenny Kent Chevrolet!!! Great and friendly service as well!
