If you buy a new vehicle here you MIGHT get a decent vehicle. But steer clear of the used vehicles. We bought a used 2014 Ford explorer. We drove it and loved it...but it had some minor knicks on the paint job that my husband wasn't very happy with. I purchased my car from Kenny Kent some time back and I only had Pleasant experiences with purchases and Service.
No direct answers to initial problem. Paying for a truck we aren't able to drive and has been in parking lot instead of servicing. Told to let service Mgr try to help and he wants to give us answers and explanation based on someone else driving so it isn't really coming from him. Hubby wanted a truck. I bought from them years ago and would never again.
My fiance and i had the best experience we have ever had at buying a car. Chris Byerly and Myel Reed were amazing. From the moment we arrived they listened to our needs and we left with the perfect van for our family. We were treated like we were one of there top clients. We would be glad to send our friends there way.
The parts Dept. And service Dept. Are the best!!! They go above and beyond to help you get what you need, so that you can get back on the road.
If you have a problem , let them know, they will fix it. Oh and I have to agree....BEST POPCORN in the county !
Pathetic!!! If I could put zero stars I would!! The van they sold us had issues from the start. I'll start by saying that the van was always "conveniently" running when we were to look at it. On the drive home I discovered the cruise didn't work. When I went out to start it the next morning to go to work it wouldn't start. Turns out it has some expensive issue with its computer. Called them right away. Their response, "sorry there's not anything I can do for you"... Never buying from them again! Pathetic!!!
