Dr. Pugar listens carefully to your problems. He asks clarifying questions and makes suggestions. He seems empathetic and unhurried. Office staff is on top of appointments. Patient portal is very user friendly. The summary of your visit is posted within several hours. Overall, very impressed.
I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Udrea. When the radiologist said that my MRI was normal, he did not believe it. He went down and personally read the MRI and showed the radiologist that it was indeed abnormal. I am thankful that he didn't just take the reading of the radiologist. I would still not know what is wrong. He had me follow up in 2 weeks after hospital discharge with him personally. I appreciate the fact that he cared enough to see me personally.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pugar’s for more than 10 years. He is an outstanding physician. Dr. Pugar demonstrates a very caring attitude, excellent listening skills, and solutions that are beneficial to the patient. Through his knowledge and expertise, my migraine suffering has greatly improved. I would highly recommend Dr. Pugar if you are in need of neurological care.
Listened to me and quickly found out that there was nothing he could do for me. He set me up with The Brain Balance Center to further explore the reason behind my periodic wooziness.
Dr. Pugar and his Resident did a great job. Very thorough with testing in office and making sure you understand all that is going on and aware of what is coming up. Very caring of the pstient’s needs and well being. Professionalism to a tee from the time you walk in the door.
I have been seeing Dr. Kenneth Pugar for the last 7 years. I actually seen him on a visit today and he was amazing as always. Dr Pugar I would say is the best Neurologist I have ever been to, and before I came to him 7 years ago I seen 4 prior to him who seem to didn’t have the answers for my problems. Dr. Pugar is very knowledgeable and very thorough and knows his stuff. I wouldn’t trust my life with a better professional. Very caring of his patients. Best of all he has giving me the best care
I have had nothing but good experiences interacting with Dr. Noel. She listens well and covers options when questions are asked . This is much appreciated when some specialists have not really listened and ordered a treatment not really fitting the problem. She also has the very rare trait of being cognizant that medicines can have side effects not listed on the back of a brochure--this is very important for those with neurology/sleep-related issues who may act to prescriptions differently.
Dr Pugar took his time to really talk with me about issues and welcomed a second opinion to make sure I do what’s best to accept the issue I have. Great doc !
Dr. Pugar gave us plenty of time to ask questions. He's very personable and professional. And he was absolutely right about the diagnosis which was eventually proven by a PET scan and other tests. We have the utmost confidence in him.
