Dr. Pugar and his entire staff have been wonderful. We were referred to his office in early October and they worked endlessly to get us into the necessary appointments for various testing within a very short time span due to the accelerated pace of my husband's condition. Each time we are in the office the staff and Dr. Pugar are very caring and listen to us without making us feel rushed. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Dr. Pugar and the Dayton Neurological Center

Dr. Pugar has been my neurologist for twenty years. He has seen me thru some rough times and always been successful in helping me overcomes obstacles to living a productive lifestyle.. He takes his time with me and explains tests results and always has a plan to help me improve my neurological health. In addition, he answers my questions fully. The perfect blend of professional and personal. Dr. Noel is both competent and confident. Wholesome... and very helpful. Besides being knowledgeable, the most important trait to me is humanness... a trait many doctors have lost out of fear perhaps. She's secure with who she is. I didn't feel rushed... it was almost like talking to a friend.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pugar since 2003. He has always been supportive and knowledgeable of existing treatments and those which may be available in the future. He always listens to my concerns (and my wife's), and helps me find the best course of treatment for my condition. I would highly recommend Dr. Pugar to anyone in need of a neurologist.
Dr Pugar is very knowledge, professional, and caring. He listens to you and answers you questions. If you have problems with your insurance paying for a new medications he will help. His staff is very friendly and helps with any problems you may have.
