Called and booked to see a car that my daughter really wanted. Arranged a time and appointment the day before. Called before we set off to let the dealer know we were on our way, as arranged. He told me that he had sold it already as he did not think we would turn up for our appointment. Daughter very upset. The dealer was apologetic, but it was not the experience we had hoped for.
I never normally leave reviews, but I felt I should in this case, but I reached out to Michael after seeing one of his cars online (ended up buying another one of his cars) & I couldn’t recommend the experience anymore, from initial contact to picking up my car the customer experience was faultless, Michael wasn’t salesy like most car dealerships & helped me pick the best purchase for me, I highly recommend!
My experience with Kennet Valley cars ltd was excellent, Mike was extremely helpful from start to finish. After test driving one of his cars I decided to go ahead and buy it, Mike added a years MOT and delivered the car at no extra cost. The car arrived in perfect condition inside and out, thank you!
