I wouldnt normally review for something like this but the support hasnt been great. If you want a car trailer dont bother....first time I rented one the brakes locked up and wouldn't let go unless you turned them off. The second time the brake controller died leaving me with no brakes for a very long trip.Third time they gave me a trailer with no winch handle.The response from them when I called everytime time was poor not to mention no discount offered for the while being the most expensive hire company in auckland.
Very helpful staff and assistance.
Used the out of hours services which was excellent as had an emergency callout so being able to collect gear in our time was superb
